In this tutorial, we will guide you through the steps to enable retrieval of Sale Challans across different parties in the Sale Voucher window.
By default, Logic ERP only displays Challans related to the selected party—but with a simple setting adjustment, you can access Challans from multiple accounts.
1. Access the Logic Admin Tool
Navigate to the software installation path and open the Logic folder.
Locate the application named "Logic Admin".
Right-click on it and choose "Run as Administrator".
Enter the Admin Password when prompted.
2. Modify Global Settings
Once the Logic Admin panel opens, click on Global Settings.
Go to the Sales tab.
Open the section "Sales Settings - 1".
Tick the checkbox for:
“Allow Sale Challan Retrieval across Parties”
3. Restart the Software
Close and restart Logic ERP to apply the changes.
Now, when you go to the Sale Bill window and initiate the Challan Retrieval process:
You will notice that an account selection filter has been enabled.
This allows you to retrieve Sale Challans from different parties, not just the one selected in the voucher.
This feature is especially useful for businesses managing bulk or centralized orders across multiple accounts or branches.
