In this tutorial, we’ll guide you step-by-step on how to attach, import, and bulk upload images to your Item Master. 📸 By following these tips, you’ll ensure every item has a clear and accurate visual representation. ✅
🔍 Go to Setup Item Menu. ➡️ Click on Attach Images with Item Master.
This section gives you the tools to efficiently link images with specific items—ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. 🛠️
🧰 1. Prepare Your Images
Ensure files are in the correct format (e.g. JPG, PNG) 📁
Check for good resolution and clarity for best display 🔍✨
📦 2. Select the Item
Navigate to the item in your system to which you want to attach an image. 🧾
⬆️ 3. Upload the Image
Use the Upload option to attach the image.
⚠️ Double-check for upload errors.
👁️ 4. Verify the Attachment
Confirm the image appears correctly and is linked to the right item.
💾 5. Save Changes
Don’t forget to click Save! This ensures everything is locked in 🔐
When adding a new image:
Click on New Image to open the image details window 🖊️
Tap Large Image to browse and upload the file from your computer 🗂️
This step is crucial in ensuring that the image you upload meets specific criteria and standards preset by your system.🧩
Need to upload many images at once? Use the Import feature! 💡
Click Start Import option to begin. 🚀
Optional: Tick Overwrite existing images checkbox to update previously added images with new ones. 🔁 (Perfect for refreshing outdated visuals!)
Ensure your images follow the correct file format guidelines.
📝 Follow this naming format:
Item Name (,) Image Name with Path
⚠️ This prevents import errors and ensures each image is matched to the correct item.
Select your image 📸
Click on Refresh 🔃 to update the display.
Make sure all selected items and images are visible and correctly displayed ✅
Select and upload the images.
Carefully review all imported images for accuracy 🔍.
Ensure each image is correctly linked to its corresponding item.
