# Link Reports in LOGIC Approval System

Now you can allocate various reports to the events to view the detailed information about the items or documents. You can do so with the **Report Settings** option added in **Event Settings** of the **Sale Bill**.

### Viewing Report

You can view the report data in two formats:

**1. View Report**: Right-click on the document and click on **View Report** option.

The report will appear in the following format:

It will contain all the column attributes that you selected while generating the report for the item.

**2. Item Details:** If you want to view the linked report details on the Item Details section, then follow the given steps:

**Step-1** On the top-left corner, click on the **Configurations** button.

**Step-2** Now, in the Approval Settings, tick the ‘**Display Linked Reports in Item Details** option.

**Step-3** Click on the **OK** button.

**Step-4** Now, select report for item details from the **Report Settings** window. Then click on the **Save** button.

**Step-5** Click on the **Refresh** button. Your linked report details will appear in the **Item Details** section.
