🧭 Navigate to Barcode Label Printing
🔧 Access Configuration:
Click on Configuration in the top-left corner.
✅ Assign a unique name to your configuration setup.
📂 Navigate the Main Menu:
Head to the Main Menu.
Select Reports/Queries 📝
📊 Item Reports Selection:
Inside Reports/Queries, click Item Reports.

🖥️ External Software for Label: Select Logic Barcode.net as the external software for labels.
🧷 Data Source Type As: Set as Embedded

🔐 Rate Encryption: Choose rates to be displayed in encrypted form.

🖨️ Printing Barcodes in Logic ERP
🧾 You can generate barcodes using three methods:
📌 Item-Wise
🧾 Voucher-Wise
📦 Stock-Wise
📝 Example: Generating Barcodes from a Purchase Voucher.
Select a Purchase Voucher - Items within the voucher will be displayed along with their quantities, rates, and other details.
Choose an Item – Select the item(s) ➡️ for which you want to generate barcodes.
Click "Create"
✅ Select "Yes" to print the barcodes immediately.
🎨 Select "No" to open the design window and customize the barcode before printing.

Designing a barcode in Logic ERP is a straightforward process that allows customization based on your business needs. Follow these steps to create a barcode design:
Click on "Create" ➕ to begin designing a new barcode.
Click on "New" to initiate a fresh barcode design. 🆕
🏷️ Assign a Name to your barcode design for easy identification.
Select the Unit 📏 of Measurement (inches, centimeters, or millimeters) according to your label size.
Set the Height and Width of the barcode sticker to ensure it fits your label dimensions.
Customize Additional Settings such as📝 text, 🎨 fonts, 📊 barcode format.
💾 Click Save or Save As for re-use.

Choose DBF as data source type.

Go to your firm’s barcode folder 🗂️ where you have stored the item directory file.

Click on Insert Tab → Select the Text Box ✏️

🏷️ Insert Barcode: Choose a barcode type (e.g. Code 128 for high-density barcodes).
Modify barcode color, size, length, height, and text visibility.
Set Database Field as a source (e.g., Lot Code or Item Code).
💾 Saving & Printing Barcodes
Click Save Design and Preview the Print 👀
Enter any User Defined Prompts manually.
Select Items ➡️ and Enter Label Quantity
Click Create ➡️ and Choose a design ➡️ Click Yes to print. ✅
