# Issue Cash Card To Customers

In the Cash Card Manager module, a new option i.e., **Link Cash Card** has been added to enable the users to link retail and account customers with a cash card.

You can add retail and account customers and select the option to **Send OTP**. Also, if the retail customer exists in Account Customer, then it will get automatically added in the account customer option, else, you have to select Account Customer manually. ***(See the picture below)***

In the Cash Card Configuration, you have to enable the ‘**Post Entry in Customer Account**‘ option so that the entry can be posted into the customer account ledger also. You can also define the OTP templates for recharge, card use, A/c link, and refund.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://kb.logicerp.com/logic-erp-version-release-notes/october-2021/billing/issue-cash-card-to-customers.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
