# Cancel Journal voucher Option Added

A new option “**Cancel Journal voucher”** is added in Account Vouchers. This will allow you to cancel the previously entered Journal Entries .

Select the **Journal Voucher** from list that you want to cancel and then click on **Search** button. Click on **Start Cancelling of JV**.

After Cancellation , Journal Voucher will not appear in any search list or report. In case you want to Delete the Cancelled JV entries then click on **Show Cancelled JV only.** Select the Journal from list and click on search again. After that click on **Delete Cancelled JV.**
