This guide provides step-by-step instructions to configure your system to efficiently gather customer feedback via SMS π© after generating a sales bill π§Ύ.
Start by accessing the main dashboard.
Tap the menu icon (π) usually on the left side of the screen.
Within the main menu, find the Setup option.
Click on this option to expand and reveal more features under setup.
Scroll through the expanded setup options.
Identify and select "Setup Customer Database" π€ from the list.
This action directs you to the section where you can work on customer database settings.
In the Setup Customer Database menu, find feedback tools.
Click on the "Feedback Template" π option to proceed.
Once inside the feedback template section, take time to review the existing templates.
Customize templates to match your specific requirements or feedback needs.
After editing, save your changes πΎ.
Double-check for accuracy before exiting.
Navigate to the setup section.
Enter a unique name and feedback text ποΈ.
Choose a template type as: Survey π or Ratings β.
β You can create templates in multiple languages π.
We have three different options for the feedback type, π©But for this tutorial, select βSend as SMSβ.
Select the specific type of feedback you wish to send to customers via SMS.
Draft helpful questions to gain customer insights π§ .
Clearly define the values and options for each feedback question to ensure clarity.
Set up the URL and SMS body content that includes feedback details.
Ensure it links customers directly to the correct page π±.
Conclude your setup by going to the Sale Voucher Configuration π§Ύ.
This will finalize the transaction settings and ensure that the vouchers reflect the desired sale conditions.
Within the configurations, open the Billing series dropdown π½.
Choose the most relevant billing series to ensure correct invoice processing for your clients.
In the other settings menu, proceed by selecting Other Settings 1, to unlock more configuration options.
To further customize the template, click on the other settings options.
This section allows you to adjust additional configurations to suit your needs.
Go to the survey template section, choose the required template variant.
Select βdefault-2β option, the recommended version for SMS feedback that is typically sent to customers.
Donβt forget to save your progress before leaving the page β .
This step is crucial to avoid losing any recent updates.
Locate the "Customer Feedback Report" π.
Review existing feedback and make necessary adjustments or enhancements based on past customer input.
An SMS is automatically sent to customers after every sale.
Ensure the SMS link is correctly directing the customer to the intended feedback page.π
