This guide provides step-by-step instructions to configure your system to efficiently gather customer feedback via SMS 📩 after generating a sales bill 🧾.
🚪 Accessing Customer Feedback
📲 Navigate to the Main Menu
Start by accessing the main dashboard.
Tap the menu icon (📂) usually on the left side of the screen.
🔧 Expand the Setup Section
Within the main menu, find the Setup option.
Click on this option to expand and reveal more features under setup.
👥 Access the Setup Customer Database
Scroll through the expanded setup options.
Identify and select "Setup Customer Database" 👤 from the list.
This action directs you to the section where you can work on customer database settings.
🧾 Locate the Feedback Template Option
In the Setup Customer Database menu, find feedback tools.
Click on the "Feedback Template" 📝 option to proceed.
✏️ Review and Customize the Feedback Template
Once inside the feedback template section, take time to review the existing templates.
Customize templates to match your specific requirements or feedback needs.
💾 Finalize and Save Changes
After editing, save your changes 💾.
Double-check for accuracy before exiting.

Navigate to the setup section.
Enter a unique name and feedback text 🗒️.
Choose a template type as: Survey 📊 or Ratings ⭐.

Set up the URL and SMS body content that includes feedback details.

🧾 Sale Voucher Configuration
📘 Navigate to Sale Voucher Configuration
Conclude your setup by going to the Sale Voucher Configuration 🧾.
This will finalize the transaction settings and ensure that the vouchers reflect the desired sale conditions.
🧾 Select the Relevant Billing Series
Within the configurations, open the Billing series dropdown 🔽.
Choose the most relevant billing series to ensure correct invoice processing for your clients.
⚙️ Configure Other Settings
In the other settings menu, proceed by selecting Other Settings 1, to unlock more configuration options.
🎛️ Access Other Settings
To further customize the template, click on the other settings options.
This section allows you to adjust additional configurations to suit your needs.
📄 Choose the Appropriate Template Version
Go to the survey template section, choose the required template variant.
Select “default-2” option, the recommended version for SMS feedback that is typically sent to customers.

Locate the "Customer Feedback Report" 📈.
