With Logic ERP, you can easily configure, implement, and manage promotional schemes tailored to your apparel business. This tutorial will guide you through the full process — from creating a scheme to applying it at the point of sale.
🛠️ Implementing a New Scheme
1️⃣ Open Configuration Menu
Navigate to 🔧 Setup Scheme Campaigns.
This section allows you to create new schemes or modify existing ones.
🔄 Be sure to refresh the page after changes for them to take effect
2️⃣ Select and Save Company
Enter a Scheme Name.
Choose a Group Type (e.g., Item Code, Item Name, Company Name, or Group Name).
For this tutorial, select “Company” as your Group Type.
✅ Save the configuration to link the scheme correctly.
3️⃣ Define Scheme Group
Under Scheme and Promotion, click Select Company.
The company you previously selected will now be available.
Ensure the correct company appears.

From the main menu, expand the configuration menu.
Go to Setup Scheme Campaign Slab Details for advanced settings.
Configure free items, discounts, or price adjustments based on the slab.

🛒 Apply Scheme to Sales
Choose the appropriate scheme during billing.
For example: A Buy 2 Get 1 Free scheme where the lowest-priced item is free.

Select your scheme.
Highlight the lower-value item to be marked as free.
Set the free quantity = 1.
Adjust the net amount (e.g., to ₹1999).

The scheme is recognized at checkout.
The discount window will pop up automatically.
