# Sale Bill- Calculate Total Qty of Item from Amount

A new change has been made in the **Sale Bill** functionality. From now on, when you will enter the **Amount** value of an item, then the **Total Qty** will get automatically calculated and displayed for that particular item. But it will only work when Total Qty of the item is **Zero** or **Sale Rate** column is locked.
