# Audit System Added in User Access Section

Now, you can audit your Accounts Voucher, Bank Payments, Bank Receipts, etc. in an **Audit System** window.

#### How to Retrieve Data in Audit System?

Before you start with auditing process, you need to give Audit rights to a user and should have data to audit. You can do this in **Setup Approval** window. Select the event that you want to audit.

Now, Right-Click on the event added and select “Allocate Users”. You can select the user to which you want to give the Audit approval. Make sure you select **Enable Audit** option.

#### Note: You can also select both options at a time.

Now, when the user will open the **Audit System**, they can easily audit the events of which you have provided them with access.
