# New Updates in Reserve Stock Against Sale Order – Size Wise Window

### Sale Order Prefix option added in Configuration Settings

‘**Sale Order Prefix**‘ option will allow you to display Sale Orders defined under a specific Order Number. For example: If you will enter the order no-S3, then the sale order defined by prefix S3 will get displayed in the Reserve Stock Against sale order window.

### Sale Order Reserve % option in Reserve Stock Against Sale Order-Size Wise Window

Another update in this window is, ‘**Sale Order Reserve % option**. With this, you can reserve the sale order by defining their percentage. For example: Firstly, select the Sale order. Let us suppose that the total amount of sale order is 300 (As given in the figure below). Now, assume that you want to reserve 40% of the sale order from the total amount.

Now,\
**Step-1:** Enter the value of Sale Order Reserve Percentage i.e., 40.\
**Step-2:** Click on ‘Reserve Within Stock’ button.

You will see that 40% of the sale order got reserved under ‘**Reserved' stock**.

**Note:** You can increase the reserved stock percentage but can’t exceed the total amount.
