Logic ERP offers a powerful feature that lets users export reports in multiple formats — including HTML 🌐, PDF 📄, Text 📃, and Excel 📊. This makes sharing, documenting, and storing reports super easy and efficient.
Let’s explore how to export reports in different formats step by step! 👇
Generate Report – In Logic ERP, create the necessary report with all the required data ✅
Export to Excel – From the menu bar 🧰, select Export to Excel to convert the report.
Choose Destination Path – Select a folder on your computer 💻 or external drive 🔌.
Save Exported File – Give your file a clear name 📝 for easy access later.
Open in Excel – Navigate to the save location and open the file with Microsoft Excel📂.
Open the report/document that you want to export 📑in the application.
Go to the menu bar 🔝at the top of the application window.
Click on Export to PDF 📄 (usually in File or Export menu)
A dialog box will appear – enter a file name 🏷️ and select the save location 🗂️
Click Save 💾 – Your document will be exported and saved as a PDF file in the specified location!
Open the report you want to convert to PDF 🗃️
Go to File menu ➡️, select Print Report or click the printer icon 🖨️ if it's available on your toolbar.
In the print dialog box, find the drop-down menu for selecting a printer. Choose the Save as PDF option or any PDF printer 🧾option available.
Click Print / OK ✔️ to proceed.
You will be prompted to choose a destination to save the PDF file, name it 📌 and pick the desired location on your device.
Click Save and the PDF document will be generated and saved instantly 💥!
Access File – Open the desired file 📂 to view its data.
Navigate to Export Option – In the menu bar, select Export to Text File 🔤.
Selecting Export Format – Select .txt or .csv from the options 📄.
Select Destination – Pick where to save the file (folder or drive) 🗂️.
Save the File – Click Save 💾 to finish.
