By enabling the "Auto Pick Last Doctor Name on Patient Selection", the software simplifies patient management:
Enable the Feature:
Navigate to the "Sale Voucher Configuration".
Select the Relevant Billing Series.
Locate the option "Auto Pick Last Doctor Name on Patient Selection".
Observe Effect on Billing:
Create a "Sale Bill".
Enter the patient's name, and the software auto-fills the last attending doctor's name.
Previously sold items by the doctor appear automatically in the item details window.
If a patient repurchases an item, select it to instantly retrieve the details.
This feature minimizes manual input, ensuring a smoother workflow.
