How to Use the Feature

1. Define Item Rates: Begin with defining item rates in the Item Master. Verify that the rates have been entered. You can check this Setups/Setup Items/Set Up Item Multiple Pack Sizes.

2. Sale Voucher Configuration: Select your billing series and enable the "Pick Item Wise Rates" option in Other Settings-1 tab. Don’t forget to save your changes.

Let's Evaluate its effect on the sales

• Press F5 after selecting the lot number to manually check the lot master rates.

• Initially, the sale rate was 1800. After enabling this feature, it changed to 2800, as specified in the item master.

• This option prioritizes the rates specified in the item master. If the item master rate is zero, it defaults to the lot master rates.

The software has successfully retrieved item master rates in the billing.
