## How to Enable Picking of Rates From Item Master in Sale Bill?

#### Overview

This feature in Logic ERP streamlines the billing process, minimizes manual errors, and provides a clear strategy for pricing management.

#### How to Use the Feature

1. **Define Item Rates:** Begin with defining item rates in the Item Master.  Verify that the rates have been entered. You can check this **Setups/Setup Items/Set Up Item Multiple Pack Sizes**.
2. **Sale Voucher Configuration:** Select your billing series and enable the **"Pick Item Wise Rates"** option in **Other Settings-1** tab. Don’t forget to save your changes.

**Let's Evaluate its effect on the sales**

* Press **F5** after selecting the lot number to manually check the lot master rates.
* Initially, the sale rate was 1800. After enabling this feature, it changed to 2800, as specified in the item master.
* This option prioritizes the rates specified in the item master. If the item master rate is zero, it defaults to the lot master rates.
