This tutorial explains how to restrict users from manually entering the number of copies while printing bills in Logic ERP.
Open the Logic installation directory.
Launch Logic Admin.
Go to Global Settings.
Navigate to the Sales Settings Two tab.
Locate and enable the option: "Do Not Allow User to Enter Number of Copies in Bill Printing"
Click Save to apply the configuration changes.
Restart the Logic ERP software to implement the new settings.
Due to the enabled restriction (Ctrl+f9) option will be disebled and user will no longer be able to manually specify the number of copies when printing a sales bill.
The system will print the predefined number of copies only once, preventing multiple printouts of the same bill.
