## How to Disable Prompt for Number of Print Copies in Sale Bill?

This tutorial explains how to restrict users from manually entering the number of copies while printing bills in **Logic ERP**.

### **Enable the Setting in Logic Admin**

* Open the **Logic** installation directory.
* Launch **Logic Admin**.
* Go to **Global Settings**.
* Navigate to the **Sales Settings Two** tab.
* Locate and enable the option: **"Do Not Allow User to Enter Number of Copies in Bill Printing"**

### **Effect of This Configuration**

* Due to the enabled restriction (Ctrl+f9) option will be disebled and user will no longer be able to manually specify the number of copies when printing a sales bill.
* The system will print the predefined number of copies only once, preventing multiple printouts of the same bill.
