This tutorial provides a step-by-step guide to resolve license activation errors that may occur while opening the Logic ERP software.
When launching Logic ERP, you may encounter the following error message:
"The license of the product is not available."
This typically occurs due to:
A temporary glitch
Server connectivity issues
Network configuration problems
Open Logic Update Manager This tool is auto activated when your system starts and is accessible from the taskbar.
Check the license status:
If the license details are not visible, it means the software isn’t activated.
Right-click on the Logic ERP shortcut on your desktop.
Select "Open File Location".
Navigate to the "Common" folder.
Use the search bar to locate LoginDetails.txt.
Open the file to view:
Username
Password
Product Key
Copy the Username from the LoginDetails.txt file.
Go back to the Logic ERP login window.
Paste the username and enter the password.
Click Login.
If entered correctly, the license details will be retrieved, and the software will initialize successfully.
Once license information is retrieved:
Reopen Logic ERP.
The software should now load without error.
If the problem persists:
Make sure your internet/network connection is stable.
Retry the above steps.
