## How to Enable Prompt for Items Exceeding Delivery Date During Purchase Order Retrieval?

This tutorial guides you through the steps to enable a system prompt that appears when retrieving a Purchase Order (PO) past its delivery date during purchase entry.

### **Access Logic Admin Settings**

* Open the **Logic Folder** and run **Logic Admin**.
* Go to **Global Settings**.
* Navigate to the **Purchase** tab.
* Locate and enable the option: **"Prompt in Purchase in case PO is Beyond Delivery Date"**.

* Click **Save** to confirm the changes.
* Restart the software to activate the new configuration.

### **Validate the Configuration**

* Open the **Purchase Entry** module.
* Retrieve a **Purchase Order** with a delivery date in the past.
* A prompt will appear displaying Items beyond the delivery date.
