Logic ERP **Bin & Rack Wise Stock Management** streamlines inventory tracking for retail, wholesale, warehouses, and godowns, ensuring quick item retrieval by providing precise stock locations.

### **Setting Up Bins in Logic ERP**

* **Bin Creation**
  * Navigate to the **Setup** and then select **Setup Items**.
  * **Create Bin:** Under **Setup Bins**, enter the **Bin Name** and **Bin Short Name** to define storage locations.

* **Allocate Items to Bins**
  * Click on **Set Other Item Details** and select **Allocate Items to Bins**.
  * Choose the items you want to allocate.
  * Select the respective bin and save the allocation.

### **Using Bin Management in Billing**

* Add the **Bin Name Column** from **Setup Column Attributes** to the billing window.
* The system will now display the exact bin or rack where each item is stored.
* During billing, the shopkeeper can quickly locate stock without manual searching.
