# “Delivery order box wise” option added For Retrieval in Sale Bill

A new update has been introduced in Logic ERP, adding a feature in the Sales Bill → Retrieval section, titled “Delivery Order Box Wise”. This allows for the retrieval of sales bills based on delivery orders organized by box, offering better control and accuracy in dispatch management.

**Step 1: Create Packing Box Numbers from Packing Slip – Delivery Order**

1. Navigate to **Billing** and then click on **Packing Slip – Delivery Order**.
2. Create the **Box Numbers** as per your delivery requirements.
   * Each box can be assigned a unique number for identification and tracking.

**Step 2: Retrieve Delivery Orders in Sales Bill Using Box Numbers**

1. Go to **Sales Bill** and begin creating a new invoice.
2. Click on the **Retrieve Order** option.
3. You will now see a new retrieval type: **“Delivery Order Box Wise.”**
4. Select this option.
5. Enter the **Box Number** you created earlier.
6. The system will automatically retrieve the corresponding delivery order linked to that box.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://kb.logicerp.com/logic-erp-version-release-notes/may-2025/sale/delivery-order-box-wise-option-added-for-retrieval-in-sale-bill.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
