Procedure to Resolve the Issue

• Navigate to the Main Menu.

• Expand the Setup Module and open the Setup New Account window.

• Press F5 to open the Configuration window.

• Click on the “Account Code Formula” button.

• Enter the appropriate account code formula as shown in the reference image or format provided by your admin/system.

• Click Save to apply the formula.

• Modify an existing account to check if the error still appears.

  • The account should now be modified without any error.
