# Setup Agent Hierarchy

In the **Setup Agents** section, a new option i.e. **Setup Agents Hierarchy** is added to create the hierarchy of agents. You can define to which senior agent a particular agent will report to. In this way you can create complete hierarchy of agents from lower level to the upper level. This hierarchy is preserved on basis of date and is be available for reporting purpose for the selected date.
