In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to resolve a common error that may appear after logging into Logic ERP or before logging off.
Sometimes, users may encounter an unexpected error message after login or just before logging off the software. This usually occurs due to corrupted desktop settings.
Right-click on the Logic Desktop.
Click on “Reset Desktop Settings.”
A confirmation prompt may appear — click Yes to proceed.
The desktop settings will be refreshed successfully.
Try logging off the software — you will observe that the error is no longer present.
Log back into the software.
You’ll see that the error is now completely resolved.
This method is a quick fix to resolve display or session-related issues that can occur due to corrupted settings in the Logic ERP Desktop.
