Logic ERP empowers users to easily configure Account Vouchers 🧮 based on their unique needs. Each voucher can be customized individually ✨, offering maximum flexibility and user-friendliness.
📋 Managing Columns in Account Voucher Configuration
When configuring columns in an Account Voucher, follow these steps for adding or removing specific columns, such as the Discount Column.
➕ Adding Columns
Navigate to Setup Column Attributes ⚙️ Go to the Setup Column Attributes section to begin modifying your column layout.
Select Columns to Add ✅:
View the available columns in the window (e.g., Discount column).
Tick the checkboxes☑️next to the columns you wish to add to your configuration.
Save Changes 💾 Click on the Save button to apply the changes — The selected columns will now appear in your window.
➖ Removing Columns
Navigate to Setup Column Attributes 🔧 Access the Setup Column Attributes section once again for column modification.
Remove Desired Columns ❌ Uncheck the box of any column you want to remove (like Discount).
Instant Removal ⚡ The column will be removed instantly from the configuration.
Save Configuration 💾 Ensure you save the changes to finalize the column removal process.
🔀 Repositioning Columns
To organize your columns effectively, follow these steps:
Setup and Adjust Attributes 🛠️ Access Setup Column Attributes to further customize your column settings like, width 📏, alignment ↔️, and visibility 👁️, to better suit your data presentation needs.
Enable Filters 🔍 Use “View Selected Items Only” to focus on active columns. This feature will filter out any non-active columns, allowing you to streamline your view and work more efficiently.
Select the Column 🎯 Click on the column header you wish to move. This action will highlight the column and prepare it for repositioning.
Move the Column Using Arrow Keys ⬅️➡️ Shift the column left or right using arrow keys until it's in the desired position.
Rearrange Order 📊 Reorder columns to ensure that the information is organized logically and meets your specific requirements. By systematically rearranging the columns, you can enhance the overall readability and functionality of your data table.
📐 Column Resizing Options
Default 🔁 – Reset columns to system default settings, It's useful if you have made several changes and want to start fresh.
User Defaults 👤 – Here, you can apply your saved user-defined settings. This feature is particularly beneficial if you frequently work with a specific layout or configuration that you have customized to suit your workflow and data requirements.
Fit to Contents 📏 – When selected, this option adjusts the column width based on the size of the data contained within. It ensures that each column is just wide enough to display all the data in its entirety, preventing any information from being hidden and reducing the need for scrolling.
Fit on Screen 🖥️ – This powerful option adjusts and resizes the columns to fit the entire dataset within the visible area of your screen or window. It's ideal for ensuring that all data is accessible without horizontal scrolling, providing a comprehensive view at a glance.
Manual Resize 🖱️ – We can also drag the columns manually to be bigger and smaller as per every users requirement.

🔧 Adjust Cash Bank Voucher Configurations:
Open Configurations in the main menu.
Proceed to Cash Bank Voucher Configuration where you can manage column settings.
Navigate to Column Locks Menu:
Click on Other Options 1 located on the interface.
From the dropdown, select Column Locks🔒 to access further options.
Access the Column for Editing:
Navigate to the voucher screen where the columns are listed.
Identify the column you want to unlock for editing, such as "Remarks."
Remove the Lock from the Column:
Locate the checkbox or option that locks the column✅.
Untick the column to remove its locked status, enabling it for editing.
🔓 Locking and Unlocking Columns:
Use the configuration settings to lock or unlock various columns according to your requirements.
Ensure that your changes are saved 💾to reflect in the voucher screen.
Implementing in Voucher Screen:
As soon as you make the changes in configuration

Open the Adjust BR/BP Option💼
Once you have selected the bill, locate and open the Adjust BR/BP option. This step is crucial as it enables the specific features needed for making adjustments.
Select the Bill📑 to Adjust
Navigate to the billing section of your payment system. Carefully review the list of bills and select the specific bill you wish to adjust.
Make the Necessary Adjustments✍️
