• Locate and enable the Prompt for Change in Rates of Lots option.

Implement in a Purchase Voucher

• Create a new Purchase Voucher.

• Enter an item with a batch that previously had a basic rate of ₹999, but now the rate has been updated to ₹1000.

• Upon entering the item, the software will trigger a prompt notifying you of the Lot Basic Rate Change.

Action on the Prompt

• If you want to proceed with the updated rate, click "Yes".

• If you prefer to retain the previous rate, click "No" to continue without updating.

This feature helps ensure transparency in rate changes, allowing users to review and confirm updates before finalizing the transaction.
