Discount Coupons in Logic ERP can be configured in two main ways:
💵 Amount-Based – A fixed amount is deducted from the bill.
📉 Percentage-Based – A percentage discount is applied to the total bill.
Follow these steps to set up discount coupons:
✍️ Enter Discount Amount ➡️ Specify whether the discount is amount-based or percentage-based.
📅 Define Validity Period (optional) ➡️ Set start & end dates for coupon use.
🧾 Coupon Details ➡️ Add coupon number and relevant settings
💾 Save Configuration ➡️ Finalize the setup within the Retail Customer Setup window.
To apply a discount coupon during billing:
➕ Choose "Discount Coupon" during the billing process.
🔢 Enter the Coupon Number.
🎉 Discount is instantly applied!
Gift Vouchers act like prepaid cards, offering convenience & delight for your customers 😊 Logic ERP streamlines the setup and application of these vouchers. and makes it super simple to use!
To configure gift vouchers:
💵 Set Voucher Amount – Define how much each voucher is worth.
🔢 Voucher Range – Generate vouchers in bulk with custom prefixes (e.g., GV1001 to GV1010).
📅 Set Expiry Date (optional) – Optionally, set an expiry date for validity control.
To apply a gift voucher to a sale:
🧾During the payment process., choose "Gift Voucher"
🔄 In the payment window, select "Gift Voucher" to use it against the billing total.
💳 Combo Payments? No problem! Example: ₹500 paid via gift and voucher and the remaining balance can be paid via cash, UPI or alternative methods.
