How to Enable Single Company Selection in Setup Item Shade / Size Wise?
In this tutorial, we’ll guide you through the process of restricting multiple company selections during item creation in Logic ERP. This feature ensures that users can associate an item with only one company at a time, improving data accuracy and simplifying workflows.
Steps to Enable the Restriction
Navigate to the Setups/Setup Items and then click on "Setup Items Shade/Size Wise".
Click on Configuration.
Locate the option and enable "Do not allow Multi Company Selection"

Test the Functionality
Proceed to create a new item.
Attempt to select multiple companies.
You will notice that the software now allows only a single company to be assigned to the item.
As you can see, only one company is displayed despite selecting all above.
