Go to the main menu π
Tap Setup, then select Setup Account π§Ύ
Choose Setup Customer Database π€
Tap on Setup Third Party CRM Settings π
In the new window, define the program type π
Select the username π€ and then select the CRM program type π·οΈ
In the settings column, enter the required API details π
Select the CRM program type.
Confirm the respective user and program type one more time β
After completing the setup, click Save πΎ to secure your CRM settings.
To see how loyalty points work in Logic ERP, follow these simple steps:
Enter customer details as you generate the sale bill.
Their loyalty points will be automatically retrieved from the third-party CRM π
Once the bill is saved, loyalty points will automatically be updated in the third party CRM. π
While creating the sales bill, the software will prompt: βRedeem points for this transaction?β
If chosen, the redeemed points are instantly updated in the third-party CRM π
