The integration of third-party CRM with Logic ERP enhances brand recognition 🌟 and boosts sales💰while aligning with organizational values. This seamless feature allows customers to redeem loyalty points🎁 efficiently. Here’s how it works:
Go to the main menu 📋
Tap Setup, then select Setup Account 🧾
Choose Setup Customer Database 👤
Tap on Setup Third Party CRM Settings 🔗
In the new window, define the program type 📄
Select the username 👤 and then select the CRM program type 🏷️
In the settings column, enter the required API details 🔐
Select the CRM program type.
Confirm the respective user and program type one more time ✅
After completing the setup, click Save 💾 to secure your CRM settings.
To see how loyalty points work in Logic ERP, follow these simple steps:
Enter customer details as you generate the sale bill.
Their loyalty points will be automatically retrieved from the third-party CRM 🔄
Once the bill is saved, loyalty points will automatically be updated in the third party CRM. 📈
While creating the sales bill, the software will prompt: “Redeem points for this transaction?”
If chosen, the redeemed points are instantly updated in the third-party CRM 🔄
