## How to Add Agent, Salesman, or M R Name in Sale Bill Header Printing?

In this tutorial, we’ll learn how to add the Agent, Salesman or M.R. (Medical Representative) name field in the sales bill print format of Logic ERP. This helps in displaying the agent’s details on the bill for better tracking and record management.

### Add Agent/Salesman/M.R. Name in Sales Multiple Printing Format

* Open the **Sales Bill Multiple Printing** window.
* Select the **printing format** where you want to add the field.
* Go to the **Header Section**.

* From the menu bar, open **Insert Shapes Format**.

* Insert a **Rectangle Shape** → adjust its size and place it in the desired position.

* **Right-click inside the box**, untick **Display Outline**.

* Click **Insert Field Text** → a new window will appear.

* Go to **Field List**, search for **Agent Name**.
* Select the field → define the **length** if required.

* Click **Add Field**, set the **label name**, and save.

* Adjust the **font style and size** as needed.

Now, go to the **Sales Bill Window**, open any existing bill where an agent name is defined, and preview the bill.\

* From the menu bar, go to **Continuous Printing → Sales Bill Print Designer & Printing**.
* Select the required configuration and sales bill, then press **Refresh**.
* Open the **Design Window**.

* Identify where to place the field.

* From the **Table Menu**, click **Insert Row Below** to create space. (If required)
* On the left side, expand **Properties → Sale Bill Details → Bill Header Details**.
* Locate **Agent Name**, right-click, and choose **Insert Field**.

* The field will now appear in the header section.
* Save the layout and preview the bill.

You’ll now see the **Agent/Salesman/M.R. Name** added to the header section in the designer format.
