How to restrict user wise access to printing configuration in Sale Bill printing?
In this tutorial, we’ll learn how to allocate user-wise printing settings in Logic ERP, including both standard and designer printing formats.
Allocating User-Wise Printing
Go to Menu/Configuration and then select "Set Series + User Wise Printing".
Select the required Sale Bill Series.

From the user list, choose the users to whom you want to allocate the printing configuration.

Enable the Printing Settings.
Select the desired Printing Configuration to assign to the chosen users.

(Optional) Enable Allow Re-Printing and specify the Number of Copies to be printed.
Click Refresh to update the settings.

Click Save to apply the changes.
Configuring User-Wise Designer Printing
Go to Menu/Continuous Printing and then select "Sale Bill Print Designer & Printing".
Open the "Design Access Rights" window.

Click the “+” button to create a new Category.

Tick to assign the necessary Rights along with Printing.
Select the Printing Configurations you want to allocate to the user.

Switch to the Allocation Tab.
Choose the users from the list to whom the selected configurations should be assigned.

Click Allocate, then click Save and Exit.
Verifying User-Wise Printing
Log in using the user account for which the printing configuration was allocated.
Open the Sale Bill Window and click Modify to access a previous bill.
Click Print to open the preview.
You will notice that the user can access only the printing formats allocated to them.
For example, if three formats were assigned, only these three will appear in the preview list.
Additionally, in case of multiple invoices printing you can go to continues printing normal Sale Bill window. Here you can clearly see that the dropdown list only displays the allocated printing to the user.

For another user who has been granted rights to the Designer Printing module,
Open Sale Bill Print Designer & Printing under Continuous Printing.
Only the configurations assigned to this specific user will be available.

Result:
User-wise printing ensures that each user can access only the designated printing configurations, improving control and security for printing operations.
