In this tutorial, we will demonstrate how to disable the use of loyalty or discount cards during billing in Logic ERP.

Access Global Settings in Logic Admin

• Open Logic Admin.

• Navigate to Global Settings.

• Under POS Options, go to the POS Options 1 section.

• Locate and enable the option labeled as:

"Do not allow Loyalty/Discount Card Discounts"

• Click Save and restart the software to apply the changes.

Implement the Functionality

• Open the Sale Voucher window and begin a new transaction.

• Select a Retail Customer.

• A prompt will appear for applying a discount or loyalty card.

• Attempt to select and apply the discount card, then click OK.

• While saving the voucher, you will notice that the software:

  • Prevents the discount card from being applied.
