Access Global Settings in Logic Admin

• Open Logic Admin.

• Navigate to the Global Settings section.

• Locate the "POS Options 1" Under the "POS Options".

• Locate and enable the option labeled as: "Allow Retail Footfall Recording in Sale Bills"

Let's proceed with this option turned on to understand its practical implications in Voucher entry.

• Click Save to apply changes.

• Restart the software to activate the feature.

Record Footfall in Sale Bill

• Open the Sale Bill window.

• Press F1 to display Sale Hotkeys in Item Details Window.

• Locate the shortcut for recording footfall: (ALT + F8)

As shown in the picture, the shortcut to record footfall is (ALT + F8).

• When a customer enters the store:

  • Press ALT + F8 to record their entry.

  • The system instantly logs the footfall count in the background.
