Access Global Settings in Logic Admin

• Open Logic Admin.

• Navigate to Global Settings.

• Under POS Options, select the POS 1 tab.

• Locate and enable the option labeled as:

  Allow retail footfall entry gender wise

Let's proceed with this option turned on to understand its practical implications in Voucher entry.

• Click Save, then restart the software to apply changes.

Record Footfall During Billing

• Open your Sales Bill screen.

• When customers enter the store, press Alt + F8.

• A Retail Footfall prompt appears:

  • Agenda: Select the appropriate store/shift or location.

    • Male Count: Enter number of male visitors.

    • Female Count: Enter number of female visitors.

    • Kids: Enter number of Kids visitors.

As shown in the picture, pressing F8 prompts the gender-wise count option.

• Click OK or Save to record the counts.
