Enable the Modify Option

In the billing window, the Modify button is usually hidden for security reasons. To enable it:

• Turn Num Lock OFF on your keyboard.

• Press Alt + Insert.

• The Modify button will now be visible.

You have two ways to open a bill:

• Direct Entry → Click Modify, then enter the bill number you want to edit.

• Search Option → Right-click on Modify, open the search window, select the bill you want to update, and proceed.

Make Changes

• Update the required fields (for example, modify the quantity).

• Save the bill.

The sale bill has now been successfully modified.
