In this tutorial, we’ll guide you through the process of enabling, disabling, renaming, or rearranging columns in the Sales Bill window of Logic ERP.

Enable or Disable Columns in the Sales Header Screen

• Navigate to Sale Voucher Configuration.

• Select the relevant billing series and click on Column Locks.

• From here, you can lock or unlock any column as per your requirement.

  • For example, unlock the Agent/Broker column.

• Save the changes and return to the Billing Screen.

The Agent/Broker column is now visible in the Sales Header screen.

Add or Remove Columns in Other Details Section

• Go back to Sale Voucher Configuration.

• Unlock the required column, such as Transporter Name.

• Save the configuration and return to the Sale Bill Window.

• Open Other Details.

The Transporter Name field is now displayed.

Manage Columns in the Item Grid

• Navigate to Setup Column Attributes.

• From here, you can:

  • Add new columns (e.g., TD column).

  • Rearrange column positions using the arrow buttons.

  • Rename columns (e.g., rename Company Name to Brand Name).

The changes are reflected immediately in the Item Grid.
