How to Generate HSN- wise Sale Report?

In this tutorial, we will learn how to configure an HSN-Wise Sales Report in Logic ERP.

Access the Sales Register Report

• Navigate to the Reports and Queries section.

• Under Sales Registers, open the Sales Register Cross Tab Report.

• Click on Configuration to create a new report and assign a suitable configuration name.

Configure Report Option

• Navigate to Report Options.

• Under Report Consolidation, enable the HSN Code option.

• In the Report Totals section, enable the Grand Total option to display overall totals.

• Adjust the Report Order by moving the HSN Code option to the top using the arrow keys.

Configure Transaction Options

• Under Transaction Options, enable the Net Sale Value option.

Save Configuration and Customize Columns

• Once all selections are made, save the configuration.

• From the list of available configurations, select the one you just created and click Create.

• By default, all columns will be displayed.

• Open Setup Column Attributes, then unselect all columns.

• Use the search bar to locate and enable the HSN Code and HSN Code Description columns.

• You can also enable additional columns as per your reporting needs.

• Rearrange the column order using the arrow keys.

• After finalizing, save the settings.

Generate and View the Report

• Press F2 to refresh the report.

• The system will now display an HSN Code-Wise Consolidated Sales Report for the defined date range.
