Export Report to Excel

  • Navigate to the Report menu and create or open any report you wish to export.

  • Once the report is displayed, look at the top toolbar.

  • Click on the Export to Excel option available at the top.

  • Choose the desired location where you want to save the file.

  • Once the export process is complete, a confirmation message will appear indicating that the file has been successfully saved.

  • Open the exported file to view the report in Excel format.

  • Similarly, click on the Export to PDF option to generate the report in PDF format.

  • Select the location to save the file and confirm.

  • You can now open the saved PDF file to review the report.

Alternative Method – Save as PDF

  • While viewing any report, open the Options menu.

  • Select the Save as PDF option to export the report in PDF form directly from the viewing screen.
