In this tutorial, we’ll learn how to configure the IMEI or Serial Number Wise Closing Stock Report to view item-wise closing stock details based on unique serial numbers.

Open and Create a New Configuration

• From the Main Menu, navigate to Reports & Queries.

• Click on Stock Reports, then open "Query Stock Lot Pcs Number Wise" Report.

• Click on Configuration to create a new report setup.

• Assign a suitable configuration name for easy identification.

• Apply Totals as required for your report.

Define Report Options

• Navigate to the Other Options tab.

• Set Report Type → Consolidated.

• Set Report Order → Item + Size.

• Define Rate 1 as MRP and Rate 2 as Sale Rate from the dropdown lists.

• Enable the Transacted Items Only checkbox to include only items with transactions.

Once all settings are configured, click Save to apply the changes.

Generate the Report

• Select the newly created report configuration from the list.

• Click Create to generate the initial report layout.

Customize Report Columns

• Open the Setup Column Attributes list.

• First, Unselect All Columns to start fresh.

• Then, select only the required columns for display (such as Item Name, Lot Number, IMEI / Serial Number, Quantity, and Rate Details).

• Use the Arrow Keys to rearrange the column order as desired.

• Press the Space Key to rename the headers for Rate 1 and Rate 2 as needed (e.g., “MRP” and “Sale Rate”).

Once customization is complete, click Save.

View the Final Report

• Press F2 to refresh and regenerate the report.

• The system will now display the closing stock details IMEI / Serial Number wise, including MRP, Sale Rate, and available quantity for each item.
