Customize Fonts and Styles in Visual Base Printing

• Navigate to Configuration and select "Sale Multiple Printing Configuration".

• Select the required Printing Format.

• Open the Header Section.

• From Insert Shapes, right-click on the desired field and select Font.

• Here, you can:

  • Change the Font Type

  • Adjust the Font Style (Bold, Italic, etc.)

  • Modify the Font Size

• Save the changes

• Now, let’s open the Sales Bill and view its preview.

Update Fonts in Print Preview

• Navigate to the Sales Bill Window.

• Modify or open any bill and select Print Preview.

• In the preview window, item details displayed in the Grid can also be formatted.

• Click "Options" and select "Font", then adjust the style and size as needed.

Customize Fonts and Styles in Designer Printing

Access Designer

• Navigate to Continuous Printing and select "Sales Bill - Print Designer & Printing Window".

• Select the required Configuration and Sales Bill, then click Refresh.

• Open the Design Window.

Customize Fonts

• Select the field or text to modify.

• Use the Formatting Toolbar to adjust:

  • Font Style

  • Font Size

  • Text Alignment

Format Item Grid in Designer

• Select Grid Table → Table Option → Edit Bound Table.

• The Grid Formatting Window will appear.

• Under Column Styles → Font, you can:

  • Change Font Style

  • Adjust Font Size

  • Set Text Color

To apply formatting to the entire grid (both header and data rows):

• Go to Other Settings → Choose Type.

• Apply the formatting style to all rows together.

Save Changes

• After applying the desired formatting, press OK to save.

• Your customized fonts and styles will now appear in the print output.
