## Jan 2026 Release Notes: TDS & TCS Filters Added to Supplier/Customer Directory

In this tutorial, we will introduce a **newly added feature** in the **Supplier–Customer Directory Report** that allows you to **filter parties based on their TDS and TCS allocation status**. Let’s get started.

### Access to Supplier/Customer Directory Report

* Navigate to **Reports/Queries** and open **Supplier/Customer Directory Report**.
* Generate the report.
* Access the New Filter Options
  * Press **F5** to open the **Report Configuration** window.
  * You will now see two newly added options:
    * **TDS Filter**
    * **TCS Filter**

Each option provides a dropdown that allows you to filter parties based on whether **TDS or TCS is allocated or unallocated**.

### Using the TDS Filter

* Set the **TDS Filter** to **Allocated**.
* Press **F2** to refresh the report.

The report will now display **only those parties for whom TDS is allocated**.

* Change the **TDS Filter** to **Unallocated**.
* Press **F2** to refresh again.

The report will now show **only parties with unallocated TDS**.

### Using the TCS Filter

* Press **F5** to reopen the configuration window.
* Set the **TCS Filter** to **Allocated**.
* Press **F2** to refresh the report.

The report will now display **only those parties for whom TCS is allocated**.

* Change the **TCS Filter** to **Unallocated** and refresh the report.

The report will now show **only parties with unallocated TCS**.

### Conclusion

With this enhancement, the **Supplier–Customer Directory Report** now provides:

* Quick identification of parties with **allocated or unallocated TDS/TCS**
* Improved compliance tracking
