Using Lot Code Search

• Once the item is entered, the Lot Search window appears.

• The search dropdown provides two options:

  • Lot Number

  • Lot Code

These options help users quickly identify and select the correct stock during billing.

• Select Lot Code from the search dropdown.

• Enter the required lot code to search.

• The system displays the matching lot.

• Select the lot and continue with the transaction.

• After completing the item transaction, save the sales bill successfully.
