Steps to Reproduce the Error

1. Navigate to the Billing Menu from the Main Menu.

2. Click on Sale Bill.

3. Press "Alt + Insert" to retrieve the previous bill.

4. Observe the error:

   “Unexpected error while opening last bill”.

How to Fix the Error

• Close the Logic ERP software completely.

• Go to the Taskbar and open Logic Update Manager.

• Click on the Options button.

• Select your company from the list.

• Click on Run Database Patches located at the bottom-right corner.

• Wait for approximately 10–15 minutes for the patch process to complete.

• A confirmation message will appear once the execution is done.

• Close the Logic Update Manager.

• Reopen Logic ERP and try retrieving the bill again.

• The bill should now be retrieved successfully, and the error will no longer appear.
