In this tutorial, we will guide you through the latest tax column updates in the Account-Wise Daily Sale Report (Item-Wise) in Logic ERP. Let’s get started.

Access to Report

• Navigate to Reports and Queries.

• Select Sales Registers.

• Open Account-Wise Daily Sale Report – Item-Wise.

You will notice that the updated tax columns are now available across all report configurations.

Understanding the Previous vs Updated Format

• In the earlier report format, tax details were displayed using generic columns such as:

  • Tax 1

  • Tax 2

  • Tax 3

• The updated format now provides detailed GST-wise breakup, offering better clarity and transparency.

Enabling the New Tax Columns

• Click on Set Column Attributes.

• You will find newly introduced columns such as:

  • CGST %

  • SGST %

  • IGST %

  • CGST Amount

  • SGST Amount

  • IGST Amount

  • Total Tax %

• Enable the required GST percentage and amount columns.

• Disable or remove the older generic Tax columns if not required.

Rearranging Columns

• Use the arrow keys to rearrange the column order as per your reporting preference.

Save and Refresh

• Save the column configuration.

• Press F2 to refresh the report.

You will now see the updated tax columns reflected in the report.

Enabling Tax Percentage Display (Important)

• Press F5 to open the Configuration window.

• Ensure that Tax Percentage options are enabled.

• Save the settings and refresh the report again if required.
