Jan 2026 Release Notes: Shipping & Billing Address Fields Added to Purchase Return
In this tutorial, we will introduce the newly added Billing Address and Shipping Address columns in the Purchase Return module in Logic ERP. Let’s get started.
Enable Billing & Shipping Address Columns in Purchase Return
Go to the Purchase Return module.
Open Purchase Return Configuration.
Navigate to Column Locks.
Locate the newly added columns:
Bill Address
Ship Address
Tick the checkboxes to enable these columns.
Save the configuration.
The Billing Address and Shipping Address columns are now successfully visible in the Purchase Return window.
Create a Purchase Return with Address Details
Proceed to create a Purchase Return entry.
Enter the Billing Address and Shipping Address in the respective columns.
Transact the items to be returned.
Save the voucher.
The purchase return is generated successfully along with the address details.
Add Billing & Shipping Address in Purchase Return Print Design
Go to Purchase Print Designer & Printing module.
Select Purchase Return.
Choose the document and click Refresh.
Click on Design.
Expand Purchase Bill Details Connection.
Here, you will find:
Shipping Address Details
Billing Address Details
Insert Address Fields into Print Layout
Shipping Address
Expand Shipping Address Details.
Select the required fields.
Right-click on a field and choose Insert Field.
The field is added to the print layout.
Billing Address
Expand Billing Address Details.
Insert the required billing address fields using the same steps.
Both shipping and billing address fields are now included in the print format.
Preview the Print
Save the print design.
Open Print Preview.
As observed, Billing Address and Shipping Address are now clearly reflected in the Purchase Return print.
