### Open Tax Regions
* Navigate to Setup\Setup Taxes and then select **"Edit Tax Regions"**
* Here, you can view all the existing tax regions.

### Create a Copy of Current Tax Regions
* To preserve old records, create a **copy of the current tax regions**.
* Add a prefix such as **“OLD”** to their names for easy identification.

### Save the Old Tax Regions
* The old tax regions have now been saved successfully.
* From **22nd September onwards**, the current tax regions will remain unchanged.
* All settings **prior to 22nd September** will be preserved under the **old tax regions**.

You have successfully saved and preserved old tax regions in Logic ERP.
