The report also runs faster, and the bill totals of the consolidated report are corrected. *** ### **Step 1: Open the Report** * Navigate to **Reports/Queries** and select **Purchase Reports**. * Open the **Purchase Challan History Report**. *** ### **Step 2: GR, e-way bill and e-invoice columns** * Add these columns from the report's column settings, then tick them: **GR. NUMBER**, **GR. DATE**, **E-WAY BILL NO.**, **E-WAY BILL DATE**, **E-INVOICE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT NO.**, **E-INVOICE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT DATE** and **E-INVOICE IRN NO.** * Each column shows the details of the purchase bill on that row. When the date range covers more than one financial year, each row shows the details of its own bill from its own year. * The e-way bill columns show only e-way bills linked to that purchase bill. When a bill has more than one e-way bill, the latest one is shown. * Any one of these columns can be used on its own. For example, **E-INVOICE IRN NO.** fills even when no other column of this set is ticked. * A challan that has not been billed yet has no bill, so these columns stay blank on its rows. *** ### **What's corrected** * The report runs faster, especially on long date ranges. The quantities and amounts do not change. * With **Configuration > Report Options > Report Consolidation** set to **Consolidated**, the bill-wise and bill-date-wise totals of **CHALLAN NET AMOUNT**, **CHALLAN GROSS AMOUNT**, **BILL NET AMOUNT** and **BILL GROSS AMOUNT** were too high, because the amounts were added twice. They are now correct and add up to the grand total. These totals now fall.
