# Purchase Order Status Report

Logic ERP has added six new columns to the **Purchase Order Status Report**: **CGST AMOUNT**, **SGST AMOUNT**, **IGST AMOUNT**, **REMARKS-2**, **CHEQUE NO.** and **CHEQUE DATE**. This release also corrects **TOTAL TAX** and **NET ORDER AMOUNT**.

***

### **Step 1: Open the Report**

* Navigate to **Reports/Queries** and select **Order Reports**.
* Open the **Purchase Order Status Report**.

***

### **Step 2: GST columns**

* Add the **CGST AMOUNT**, **SGST AMOUNT** and **IGST AMOUNT** columns from the report's column settings, then tick them.
* They show the tax of the whole purchase order, the same way **TOTAL TAX** does.
* When the order carries SGST, the tax is shown in **CGST AMOUNT** and **SGST AMOUNT**. Otherwise it is shown in **IGST AMOUNT**.
* Each order is counted once in the totals, even when it has several rows.

***

### **Step 3: REMARKS-2 column**

* Add the **REMARKS-2** column from the report's column settings, then tick it.
* It shows the second remarks entered on the purchase order.

***

### **Step 4: CHEQUE NO. and CHEQUE DATE columns**

* Add the **CHEQUE NO.** and **CHEQUE DATE** columns from the report's column settings, then tick them.
* They show the cheque number and cheque date of the bank payments made as advance against the purchase order.
* When several advances have been adjusted against an order, their cheque numbers and dates are listed one after the other, separated by commas. Bank payments made directly against the order show a single cheque number and date.

***

### **What's corrected**

* **TOTAL TAX** now includes SGST. Earlier it showed only CGST (or IGST), so on orders with SGST it was lower than the actual tax.
* **NET ORDER AMOUNT** now includes SGST and all the other charges entered on the order. Earlier some of these charges were left out.
* These corrections apply to the rows and to every total level, including the grand total.
* **TOTAL TAX** and **NET ORDER AMOUNT** will **rise** on orders with SGST or other charges. This is intended.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://kb.logicerp.com/logic-erp-version-release-notes/october-2026/reports-queries/order-reports/purchase-order-status-report.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
