Objective of Pack/Size Groups

  • Organize item sizes into logical groups

  • Analyze size-wise sales and purchase trends

Accessing Pack/Size Group Setup

  • Navigate to Main Menu → Setup Module

  • Go to Setup Items

  • Open “Setup Packs/Size Groups”

Understanding Group Levels

  • System provides two levels for grouping sizes

  • Allows:

    • Hierarchical categorization

    • Better organization of size data


Creating Pack/Size Groups

  • Right click to Add New Group.

  • Enter:

    • Group Name

    • Short Name

  • Repeat to create multiple groups within each level.


Allocating Sizes to Groups

  • Right click to Assign sizes to the respective groups

  • Right-click on the Group.

    • Select the Pack Size option from the menu.

  • Ensure proper categorization based on your product requirements.

  • Click Save after allocation


Purpose & Business Use

  • Helps in:

    • Tracking which sizes are selling frequently

    • Identifying sizes with low or no demand

Viewing Size Group Analysis Reports

Access Reports

  • Navigate to Main Menu → Reports/Queries

  • Go to Customer + Item Sales Analysis

  • Open: Item + Size Wise Sales/Purchase Analysis Report

Applying Pack Size Group Filter

  • Locate Pack Size Groups Filter (Right-hand side)

  • Select the desired Group

  • Generate the report
