## How to Set Up Bill Series Groups?

In this tutorial, we will learn how to set up and use **Bill Series Groups** in Logic ERP for better organization and reporting.

### **Open Bill Series Groups Setup**

* Go to the **Setup Module** from the Main Menu
* Navigate to **Setup Items**
* Click on **“Setup Bill Series Groups”**

### **Create or Rename Groups**

* You will find **five default groups** already available
* To rename any group:
  * Right-click on the group name
  * Update the caption as per your requirement

* Click on **Refresh** to load the updated names
* Do the Same process for Group Level 1.

### **Define Bill Series Groups**

* On the Right-Hand side, enter the **group names**

* Save the changes after defining the Groups.

### **Allocate Bill Series to Groups**

* Select the desired group
* Right-click and choose **Allocate Items**

* A list of available **Bill Series** will appear
* Select the required series and assign them to the group

### **Use Bill Series Groups in Reports**

* Go to **Reports & Queries** from the Main Menu
* Open **Sale Register Summary Report** under Sale Registers
* In the filter section:
  * Select **Bill Series Groups**
  * Choose the Desired Group

* Only the **Bill Series Linked to the Selected Group** will be displayed.
