How to Configure Enrollment and Profile Completion Bonus Loyalty Points?
In this tutorial, we will learn how to configure Enrollment Points and Bonus Points for loyalty customers in Logic ERP and understand how additional points are automatically awarded based on customer enrollment and required information.
Objective of This Feature
Automatically award points when a customer enrolls
Provide bonus points for completing required customer information
Encourage customers to provide additional details
Increase customer engagement with the loyalty program
Allow customers to redeem enrollment and bonus points
Access to the Customer Points Configuration
Navigate to the Set Customer Points Configuration module.
Existing Loyalty Settings
₹100 Purchase = 1 Loyalty Point
1 Loyalty Point = ₹10
Define Enrollment Points
Locate the Enrollment Points and Bonus Points options.
Enter 5 in the Enrollment Points field.
Functionality
This means that whenever a new customer is enrolled in the loyalty program, the system will automatically award 5 enrollment points.
Define Bonus Points
Locate the Required Field for Bonus Points section.
Select Mobile as the required field.
Enter 3 in the Bonus Points field.
Click Add.
The selected field and its corresponding bonus points will be displayed in the configuration list.
Functionality
The system will award 3 additional bonus points when the customer provides their mobile number.
Save the Configuration
Review the Enrollment Points and Bonus Points settings.
Save the configuration changes.
Navigate to the Sales Bill module.
Enroll a New Loyalty Customer
Create a new customer.
Enroll the customer in the loyalty program.
Observation
As soon as the customer is enrolled, the system automatically awards:
5 Enrollment Points
These points are reflected in the customer's loyalty points section.
Add Customer Information
Enter the customer's Mobile Number.
Save the customer details.
Result
Since the configured required field has been provided, the system automatically awards:
5 Enrollment Points
3 Bonus Points
Total: 8 Loyalty Points
Redeem Loyalty Points
Generate a Sales Bill for the same loyalty customer.
Proceed with loyalty point redemption.
Redeem the available points.
Result
The customer's 8 loyalty points are successfully redeemed, and the Sales Bill is saved successfully.

In this example, the customer received 5 enrollment points and an additional 3 bonus points for providing their mobile number, resulting in 8 total loyalty points available for redemption.
