## How to Link Agents or Salesmen by Branch, Party, Company, or Item Group in Sales Bills?

In this tutorial, we will learn how to **configure Branch + Party + Agent + Company/Group linking in Logic ERP** and understand how the system automatically picks the correct agent during billing based on the defined configuration.

### Open Linking Setup Window

* From the **Main Menu**, navigate to **Setup**
* Expand **Setup Accounts**
* Expand **Setup Agent**
* Open **Branch + Party + Agent + Company/Group Linking**

### Select Linking Basis

* Choose the **Linking Option**:
  * **Company Basis**, or
  * **Group Basis**

### Define Branch, Party, and Company (Brand)

* Select the **Branch**
* Select the **Party (Customer)**
* Select the **Company (Brand)**
* Click **Refresh** to load the records

### Allocate Agent Linking

You can allocate agents in multiple ways:

**Individual Allocation**

* Press the **Space Bar** in the agent column
* Select the required agent

**Multiple Agents for Same Party**

* Open the **Attributes List**
* Enable additional **Agent Name columns**

* Allocate more than one agent to the same party, if required

### Import Linking Through Excel

* Click on the **External File (Excel Import)** option at the bottom
* Use the **Help** button to:
  * View required column names
  * Check the import format

* Click **Save** to finalize the linking

### Verify Linking in Sales Bill Entry

* Log in to the **same branch** where linking was defined
* Open the **Sales Bill** window
* Start a new transaction
* Select the **Customer**
* Enter an item belonging to the linked **Brand**
